All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled move. Same-day bookings within Goa are subject to availability.
All quotations provided are based on the details shared by the customer. Any deviation in quantity or distance may result in additional charges. Our rates in Goa include labor, fuel, tolls, and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We use high-quality packing materials suited for Goa’s climate. While we ensure careful handling, customers must declare any fragile or high-value items for additional protective measures.
Transit insurance is optional and can be arranged upon request. Shubham Packers and Movers Goa is not liable for damages caused due to natural disasters, riots, or accidents unless insured.
While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to traffic, weather conditions in Goa, or unforeseen events are not the responsibility of the company.
Customers must not include hazardous, illegal, perishable, or flammable items. Such items will not be transported under any circumstance.
Cancellations made 12 hours before the scheduled time are free. Later cancellations may attract a service fee depending on the resource allocation.
Our liability is limited to the value declared during the booking process. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting proof.
Any legal disputes arising from our services shall be governed under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Goa only.
